A simple big house was extensively expanded and renovated to an exceptional chalet.
In this case new terrace surfaces were prepared with extensive outdoor stairs. On the main pergola a balcony-terrace was built with spectacular views and the leaky main roof was re-covered. Furthermore, wood terraces were created with integrated swimming pool and various chill out areas. The garden has been completely redesigned, including a pond with artificial rocks and a waterfall system. Particular emphasis was placed on the exterior lighting. The basement has been converted into a party room and a separate apartment. All work was planned
